I'm a lawyer turned business coach and self-development pro!
When I was working 80 hour weeks at a law firm, I often felt like an actor.
Don't get me wrong, I was GOOD at what I did, and I’d become an authority on problem solving, negotiation, advocating for others, the art of questioning and persuasion and storytelling. (PLUS becoming UN-MESS-WITH-ABLE because I knew exactly how to cover my a$$ legally speaking).
But my PERSONAL VALUES of freedom, growth and creativity weren’t part of the role, and over the years that became STIFLING.
So I quit.✌️
I booked a one-way ticket to London.🛫
And immersed myself in the world of coaching, personal development and human potential.
And so Zen & Grey was born.
But becoming a certified coach does not guarantee a profitable coaching business.The online coaching space was filled with lots of CONFLICTING and "COOKIE CUTTER" INFORMATION promising "MAGIC PILL" solutions.
Once again, I noticed this nudge that something was "off", and I started to feel stifled again...
