HOW IT'S DIFFERENT FROM OTHER ASSESSMENTS: If you've ever taken an aptitude assessment like Meyers Briggs or the Enneagram, those are personality assessments. They teach you to understand your strengths and weaknesses and adapt your behavior to "work with what you have" to function effectively.
The ELI is different, because it is an attitudinal assessment—it does not label a person and force them to operate within that label. Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered! So, by having a baseline understanding of where you currently are, you can decide what's working/not working and make adjustments with more clarity. It's a transformational jumping off point of where you are today to where you want to be.
